How do I attach a "note" to an application for display before use?

    Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out a way to make it so that I can attach a note, whether it be a text file, or a pop-up box that the user must respond to, upon opening an application, such as Easy File Locker. The purpose of this would be to supply a brief instruction before the user uses the application. I don't know if there is a third party software out there that can do this or if I can do it somehow without any new software. Again, it would work in such a way that the not would be shown upon opening the application that it is attached to normally, just so that there could be some instruction before use.

I know about the ability to attach a note in the right click context menu when right clicking the application, but I need something that works like when you open the application the note is opened and shown on the screen before the application itself opens.

    Here are my specs:

    I am running:
An Asus G73Jh laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium x64
    with:
An Intel Quad Core I7 processor
An 750 GB Hybrid Hard Drive
An ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 Graphics card

Thank you for any possible leads or solutions as to how I might be able to to this.

You can replace the shortcut to the app with a simple batch file that shows the .txt file and then opens the app...
