    Hello VMASTORGA,

Yes, could just create a new user account as an administrator to do so. :)
You could also enable the built-in "elevated" Administrator account to use as needed.
    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Please don't use all caps. It's the equivalent of shouting, and is difficult to read.

Just a off topic question, If your the only one on the computer, why do you need 2 user accounts?

jemjem787 Long story. It is my computer that when he bought for his business his daughter set it up with her name. We then got carbonite and when his desktop crashed we got a laptop which I set up with HIS name. However, Carbonite would not transfer files to his user and I had to add his daughter as a user to get all the billing and office files.. Now I need her user to be an admin as well.

Thanks Shawn, but I think my question was unclear. I want to change the standard user to an administrator and thus have 2 administrator users

Ah, ok. In that case, while logged in your administrator account, you can use an option in the tutorial below to change the "Standard" user account type to be an "administrator" account instead.
