HDD's & dvd rw disappear?

    Hi,

    I'm at a bit of a loss here.........if you have physically checked that the power and SATA connectors are fine, then the disks should definately show

    You talked about "other OS".....what do you mean by that?

    Does device manager show anything with errors?

    the 250gb disc has the same os as the 120gb, it's 2 different discs who has the same os, from the same windows dvd :)

    to others, this seems to only have one possible fix. complete reinstall of OS
