Windows 7: I can't access youtube... how to fix it?

I can't access youtube... how to fix it?

Whenever i try to open youtube it says:
"oops Google crome cannot fine"

I have even cleared the dns cache. But again it says the same. when i tried to open it in internet explorer then it says that " this page is broken. dns error"

i also scanned my system. but still same result. please help.

Hello tintin0602 and welcome to Seven Forums.

Couple of things you can try:

1. Do a full scan for malware with your personal anti-virus suite. Run a second full scan with free Malwarebytes. (No anti-malware product is 100% effective 100% of the time. If there was such a thing we'd all be using it.)


2. Clear browsing history

Delete your browsing history - Google Chrome Help

Internet Explorer 9 - Delete Browsing History

3. Try using a restore point to a date/time prior to when problem began

4. If you automatically log in to YouTube, log out and try logging in again.
