windows explorer 64bit found on my win 7 32bit system

My laptop came with Wndows 7 64 bit. I didn't like it, so I did a complete new install of Win 7 32bit, using pcmover and an iso to recover my other programs and documents. Today, looking at active processes in an effort to improve performance, I see three copies of explorer.exe 64bit. I tried to close or delete these, but it says i don't have permission, even though I am logged in on an administrative account. any Advice?

I would create a System Backup beforehand, and is the explorer.exe using a lots of resources?

A complete clean install from the Windows 7 DVD would have been better option, when changing from a 64-bit to 32-bit, and why didn't you like the 64-bit version?

    What is PCMover?

What didn't you like with the Windows 64 Bit?
    What problems did you have?
From what you said in the OP it sounds like you may have created more problems installing 32 Bit.
I've never seen a 64 Bit program running on a 32 Bit OS.

Here's a tutorial by gregrocker for a clean install.
