    Taskbar always stay on top


    The taskbar always stays on no matter what is open. Its really bugging me. I can't findsetting to make it hide when a program is open. I don't want to use the autohide feature. I windows xp it just let the windows open to max and would hide under what ever program was open. Is there a setting for this?
