How to download a video

I am about to lose it. I have tried several firefox addons, tried replay media catcher and other media catchers/downloaders and all fail to download a simple flash video from a website. The frustrating part is that the video is non-existent in firefox cache as well so there is no way to download this. Ugh **** replay media catcher and all these useless video downloaders.

Have you tried Realplayer or video download helper for Firefox. Those two always do the trick.

Nop that didn't work. But I found a link on somewhere else and downloaded it. Downloading from brightcove in the link I posted is impossible. ****!!!!!!
