    Follow the directions in my sig to make a DVD or USB. Completely follow the tutorial.

    I mean that eg., when I start the computer the audio seems working but it does not

    Hi, there's no point my trying to explain it when MS answers do it so well.
    Read down the thread, download Msxml6.msi and run it.
    Reboot.
