hi,can i download windows 7.
i don't want to pay for shipping.

Legally you can't download it unless you belong to Technet or MSDN.

If you don't wasnt to pay shipping buy it in a shop on or after October 22.

But i am disabled...it's much easier for me to buy and download like many other softwares.

The only legit way to get it for download is from Technet. The may be other options after it is released on Oct 22.

i doubt if shipping is going to add more than a couple of percent to the price...

Yes, you can download it from Microsoft after October 22 if you purchase it from them.

Haven't seen any other place you can download it from, But I haven't been looking lately.

You can download it now if you subscribe to TechNet, as mentioned.
