Going from IDE to single-RAID, will i need to reinstall

    Ok, i have a raid-1 setup (non-boot, just backup) in sata 1&2
My SSD Vertex is in sata5 (IDE mode)
In bios, i can have 1-4 and 5-6 different.
But, for some reason, i cannot have 1-4 raid and 5-6 AHCI (I want my vertex AHCI, for better Multithreaded reads/writes.

    I can have RADE-RAID, RAID-IDE, AHCI-AHCI IDE-IDE AHCI-IDE
If i select raid-raid, (making vertex single member raid) will i have to reinstall my vertex, or will everything be intact? Is single member raid the same as AHCI? Thanks!
(Reg "fix" done so AHCI done allready so BSOD wont happen)

I did not have to reinstall.
Just made it Raid-Raid, set the correct boot order, and all is well.
(Shows my vertex as an EX now tho)
Will post all benches in a few
