You said you had the Windows 7 stored on a USB drive, therefore you can burn the OS onto a DVD using a different computer if available.

Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

The first few steps will allow you boot from the USB drive, and then perform a Repair Install.

    Hope this helps,

    Harry
    thanks!

PS: i don't have my windows 7 installer anymore since the CD broke. though I have copy in a USB.
Is that usb drive bootable? Or is it just an ISO file on usb disk?

The first steps within the tutorial showed how to burn the .ISO file (if the USB drive was not bootable) to a DVD, so they could access the startup menu to perform a Startup Repair.

You will need to download the .ISO file of Windows 7, and follow Step 5 within the tutorial for which Greg provided you with:

Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

It is possible to boot from a .ISO file, however this option is not available for your system, as your boot manager has been deleted/corrupted.
