Black screen after logon....

FIRST OF ALL, I'M A NEWBIE IN THEME INSTALLATION AND I DO NOT HAVE MASTERY REGARDING THE MATTER AT HAND.

I am recently trying to use a theme for my laptop. but here's what happened. after all that i did, black screen appears after i logon at the start up.

This is my second time to use a theme other than the factory default. At first it was successful. but i wanted to do more (too much editing happened). So i tried to change the logon screen and then it worked. the next thing i did was to install a new program (photoshop). then when i restarted my laptop, it started to hang.

At first it was repaired by windows, but upon repair, my theme went back into a classic theme. all default themes work but not those which i installed. if i use the theme i installed it reverts into a classic theme.

So attempting to change that, i downloaded a theme installer (an easier way to change explorer.exe and other files needed editing for the theme to work). I pressed reset to original files. then my taskbar just disappeared. and i cant access my computer, or even run a command promt.

I restarted my laptop and after i logon in the startup, it just goes black with a mouse on the screen.

PLEASE HELP ME. I HAVE IMPORTANT FILES THAT I NEED FOR MY MANUSCRIPT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

Startup Repair

This is only option, I can think of on the top of head, when you can't fully access your computer and you don't want to do a complete reinstall of your system.
