Windows startup error messages

please help me out here. whenever i start my laptop, i get 2 messages. i know this is not normal so please help me to remove these messages :)

It looks like something is trying to be opened and it is asking you what program you want to use.

Personally, I would go into run>msconfig>services> tick hide all microsoft services, then check ONLY the programs you want to run at startup. Which should only be your anti-virus, Malwarebytes, gadgets if you use them and that`s it. Click apply, ok, then restart the pc. See if the problem persists. Let us know.
