    Windows 7 repair cd,or something

I need help, I have been trying thru Microsoft & HP to get a repair disc to no avail. I have the License key but I only need to repair the dll files as I have lost windows media player (as I watch movies on my laptop), and have lost my games everything is in the folder they just don't work. it's 64 bit

I also did not receive a cd/dvd when I got the laptop

I don't know where to turn to

    Can someone help me

    Hi Nighteyez,

    Run

    sfc /scannow

from Administrative CMD click start orb, type cmd, right click cmd, choose run as administrator.
    type sfc /scannow press enter.
If errors remain, run System Update Readiness Tool
May take a while to complete and post logs please CheckSUR.log
Logs are temporary and located at: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

You can create a repair disk from your Windows machine
click start orb, type repair disc, click on it, follow instructions

You can download a Windows 7 ISO from
TechBench all editions (pro, home premium, etc. ) can be made available from any windows 7 iso - either by removing the ei.cfg file from the sources folder, or by using eicfg_removal_utility.zip
You can't copy and past ISO to CD/DVD or Flash Drive.
You can burn ISO to disk with ImgBurn or to Flash Drive withRufus 2.18

If System File Check (sfc /scannow) didn't fix your computer, do a Repair Install - Windows 7 Help Forums
You must launch Win 7 setup from running Windows. It will reinstall Windows and keep your programs and data.
As you don't have a disk, as Paul suggested, download it from TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1).

For the updates: MS releases SP2 for Windows 7 - Windows 7 Help Forums

I have repository of 400k win system files, I'm almost positive I have any dlls OP may need.
However, I believe sfc /scannow will correct the OP's issue.
SFCFix by Niemiro with win7 CD/DVD in drive, or extracted files on desktop, will find and replace missing dlls as well.

You will have a better chance of getting answers if you start your own thread rather than posting in an ongoing thread about another topic.

    I hope this helps!
