    Display again ??


    Hi Guys ,what's up im in "dicksmith.com.au" web page and looking for store locator yeah it brings up the stores but when I click on (view store details) nothing appears in explorer window or Google search. i have tried this with fire fox and clicking on (view store details it brings up store details ,address, phone, etc , what's wrong with explorer. Can I use the reset button under internet options/advance tab to reset but when I try it tells me to shut down all windows open ,now with no toolbar now how do I get internet option with no tool bar to let me do this?graham

    Which version of IE are you attempting to use?

    The store location works fine for me using IE10 with 64bit tabs.

    Hi Mate whats 64 tabs ?ie 10 .why do I have two different versions of 32bit and 64 bit ,most things like Telstra will give me a pdf file in 64bit but not in 32bit or x486 ,seems so strange to me the other one is x486 what ever that means,the Telstra pdf wont open in x486 but will load up in 64bit and firefox .do I need to reinstall by f11 or can I download ie 10 and fix the problem ,I tried to download but it said it did not reconnize 32 bit ,have tried for 64bit but it said I have a newer version,graham

    The website is using some code that is no longer supported.

    You can press F12 and select IE10 comparability mode, then the light box with the store details should work.

    Sorry to have mislead you. I did not try to bring up the details for a store when I said that the website works for me in IE10. I did see where you mentioned that you could not see the store details, but by the time I setup my virtual machine to test the website for you, I must have forgotten that most important point. That is what I get for attempting to help when I should be asleep

    You might want to update your system specs to reflect a 64bit operating system.

    Did you remove IE10 and go back to IE8?
