Really annoying problem with language bar/toolbar.

So I've had this problem for ages now, and have only recently decided that I need to do something about it as I haven't been able to install any new software without this happening.

Basically, when trying to install something (I'm trying to install the latest version of Java), when the "are you sure you want to install this yes/no etc" box pops up,
The language toolbar also pops up on the desktop, and when i try and close/minimize it, it does nothing, just stays there, If i click "yes" to the installation box, the language bar just stays there, and the rest of the desktop goes dark, and I can only click/interact with the language bar (but I still can't close or minimize it), and the only way to get rid of it and regain access to the rest of my computer is to press ctrl+alt+delete, but even though I clicked "yes" to the java installation box, it still does nothing (does not launch java installation).
If I click "no" to the installation box, the language bar goes away, but I still can't install java (as i clicked no obviously).

I have searched and searched and haven't found a solution that worked for me to get rid of this annoyance..

Hide or Disable Language Bar In Windows 7

Tried all that sort of stuff, didn't work (I don't think that's even the problem I'm having though)

Does anyone have any ideas what I could do, this is getting really annoying :/

    Thanks

Hello Akio, and welcome to Seven Forums.

If you do not need to use the input language, then you could use the tutorial below to remove all input languages other than your single default input language. This should remove the language bar for you. You'll want to use both step 4 and 5 in the tutorial below.

Keyboard Input Language - Add or Remove

    Hope this helps, :)
