Mouse Pointer disappears RIGHT side of screen

    Hello, I have a Dell laptop 15R 2nd Gen i-5 processor running Windows 7 Home 64bit.

The problem I am having is this: Mouse disappears on right side of screen. The entire right side of screen (not just in the lower corner). If I move the mouse 6 inches to the right off screen, then I would have to move it 6 inches to the left again until it re-appears. If I moved the pointer 1 foot to the right, I would have to move it 1 foot to the left until the pointer re-appeared again.

It's as if the pointer kept going on to a hidden screen??

Looks like a mismatch between physical resolution and the larger virtual desktop resolution. Should that be the case, a few users prefer the larger space to work with and can navigate and bring into view the unseen parts as needed.

    Problem Solved

Thanks Gigagiggles! That was it. In case anyone is interested in how I fixed this, here's what I did:

In the task tray I left clicked on "Intel HD Graphics"
    click on "graphics properties"
    "basic mode"
    "display"
    "multiple displays"
    "operating mode"
    then select "single display"
