    Windows Won't Load up correctly.

It loads fine but I wonder why doesn't the come up when it's booting up. It just stays there black. Is it because I have reinstalled my operating system way too many times? Because it's been like this since whenever I reinstalled it. Not a big deal but I'm just curious as of why. My windows is activated, btw.

As long as your copy of Windows 7 is genuine there should be no restrictions on how many times you can reinstall. However, the more a disk is handled the greater the possibility for scratches, dirt, smudges, etc which could lead to a corrupted install.

I'd try some of the basic maintenance tools offered through Windows 7.

    Disk Check

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If SFC finds any problems, run the scan 3 times and reboot your computer after each scan.

If you suspect a damaged install disk you can download an official ISO from Digital River and then burn it to a new DVD using the slowest speed. Make sure you download the same Window 7 version and bit-ness as currently on your machine or your 25-digit Product Key won't activate.

That sounds like the "No Gui Boot" found in the MSCONFIG.
