So I need to reinstall windows 7? Good that there is nothing with my video card but you mean I need to reinstall windows right?
First try a "system restore" to a point in time BEFORE problems appeared

Never mind device manager for now. Never mind Intel HD Graphics 4000.

    Stay on track.

Do a system restore or a clean install or tell us why you cannot do either.

Forget Device Manager - perform the restore or clean install.

You need to stay focused on one thing at a time, rather than getting distracted.

Focus on system restore or clean install. Pick one or the other and do it or tell us why you can't.

Why can't or won't you attempt a system restore?
