I concur........ system restore should be your first option. Its very simple to do also. Try it...... you'll like it!
It's not going to fix itself.
Take your pick: do something or do nothing.
System Restore is about as harmless and simple as any solution can be.
You may or may not have any available restore points. We don't know because you apparently haven't looked at the System Restore link to find out.
The link is in post 8 from Golden.
It may or may not work, but will not harm anything.
ok but no things from my pc will be deleted or ?
No. It won't affect your personal files, but it might get rid of undesirable stuff.
It's a way of turning back the clock to before you began having problems.
If your problems began on October 22, you want to see if you have a restore point to October 21 or earlier--for instance.
I have restore points dating back about 3 weeks. You need to find out what you have and choose a date BEFORE you started having these problems.
Probably not.......... but you could lose any newer programs you've installed since the restore point was set. Just reinstall them. I've "system restored" a couple of dozen times in the last 5/10 years with no problems yet.
well im doing it now but my problem started in 25 october while i was updating from HP Support Assistant when my internet got down so i restarted it then in my laptop an extract thing poped up and for the lag i clicked cancel on it then my screen turned black then i restarted it and the problem happend
So, look for a restore point dated October 24 or earlier.
Yahoooooooooooooooooo it worked !!!!!!!!!! Thanks everyone:d:d:d:d:d
