windows system32 config system windows 7

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
    1. Insert your Windows installation disc and restart your computer.
    2. Choose your language settings, and then click "next."
    3. Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have this disk, contact your system administrator or computer manufacture for assistance.
    File: \Windows\system32\config\system
    Status: 0xc0000001
Info: Windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing, or corrupt.

    help me Please :)

    The steps in the tutorial will cover everything to get Windows bootable again, eventually leading up to a recovery of any data and a complete reinstall. Just follow each step carefully, posting back any questions if you have any;

    Hope this helps,

Your files won't be deleted when you create the DVD, however, they will be deleted if you perform a clean install with the Windows 7 DVD; create the Windows 7 DVD and then we will tell you what to do next.

just in case , it might be useful to someone in futur
    I had the same problem
automatic repairing by windows 7 DVD didn't work,

but if you somehow can copy files inside the folder "C:\Windows\System32\config\RegBack" into the parent folder (C:\Windows\System32\config) -replacing them of course, it may solve your problem.
    it worked for me

one way for copying files is useing (Command Prompt) on the repair section on windows7 DVD

actually it is!! it is useful for someone in the future <3

you helped me a lot, because i had this problem and i searched a lot for solution, and there was many but nothing worked or were useful, and there wasn't any thing similar to ur solution
and i was about to reinstall the windows when i saw ur reply!!

for anyone with this problem I was able to access the files by inserting windows cd, then choosing windows image recovery, and it will find nothing and tell u either to cancel or browse ur files to select image recovery, so choose browse or it says "OK"

and that how i accessed the files and did what u said and baam!! my problem was fixed and my windows started finally <3

i just registered in this forums to thank you even if ur replay is 6 years ago and even though u may not see it ever
and it also might be useful for someone in the future
