Folder view settings not saving !

    that has movies and its view is "details" i changed it to videos or any it doesn't change

    Is this folder on a removable drive? If so, then that may be why. Folder views are not remembered on removable drives when they are disconnected or turned off.

    Is this a library? If not, then what's the full path to the folder?

    Sorry i missed that. ...........

    Its not a removable drive ..........
    Few days back it was working fine " i was able to save and switch view "

    I always turn off system restore so i cannot go back in time :)

    Is your 80GB hard drive nearly full? If so that may be why some settings aren't saved.
    If not maybe a Repair Install is in order.

    drives one 20GB free other 8GB free

    dont have a source to repair install ........... Net also sux to download a ne copy ......
    I decided to live with the problem .T

    Beret,

    If you like, you might take a look through the tutorial below to see if it may be able to help free up enough HDD space so that your folder views may hopefully work again. :)
