Can you boot directly to a specific user account?

I like to know if you can boot into Win7 and get directly to desktop if you have more then 1 user account? In other words can you by-pass having to choose a user account everytime you boot up?

Edit: Nevermind

Remove checkmark.

You will be prompted for username and password.
This will be the default account.

Hold SHIFT during startup to bypass and arrive at login screen.
