windows is not finding any error!!!
Boot into Advanced Boot Options and select "safe mode". Do you see all drivers loading? Last one is classpnp.sys? What happens afterwards (can take some time)?
I Resatarted in advanced boot options as u asked me.The last item was classpnp.sys indeed. I was able to logon in safe mode. I then restarted the computer in normal mode. It worked correctly this time and I was able to logon normally to my account.
Hope it was not in coincidence!!
Thnx a lot!! :)
nopes, I restarted 3 times in safe mode, I came back to the black screen when I restarted normally! :/
had to use system restore again! :/
Ok how long are you going to fool with this before the drive FAILS completely and you lose all your Data.
Each time I boot in safe mode, I can logon normally, but when I restart in normal mode, it comes back to the black screen. The first time was a coincidence indeed. Am being compelled to use system restore each time.
When it comes to the black screen, I have no other option than to switch off manually. nothing on the keyboard works
