Starts up in Safe mode but Freezes in normal

    Sometimes i can check my device manager.. Really depends..
    I can do pretty much anything in safemode though
      My Computer

    And i did do system restore upto about 2 weeks ago and didn't fix it.

    Updated Drivers?

    Have you tried updating ALL of your drivers?
    i would know if there are an error by what? I don't see any flags or anything. Also what is the best way to update ALL my drivers?

    Turn on Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware,
    set Updates to automatic with Recommended treated the same as Important, check for Important and Optional now. This is how Win7 updates the drivers it wants.

    Work through these other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
