Need to uninstall Language Packs but there is no option

I got Windows Ultimate and decided to let it install language packs I don't need (I didnt actually know they'd take a huge amount of space). Part way through the installation I cancel one of the language packs and the whole update finishes (This was a fresh install). Now in the history it says some of the language packs installed successfully but in "control panel>Change Display Language" there is only English. I'm quite sure a few language packs did install because the SSD free space was shrinking after every install.

Basically how do I get rid of these language packs without using the control panel because they arent listed there, only in the update history.

    Try this:

    1. Type LPKSETUP in the Start Menu’s search box and press Enter on the keyboard.
    2. Click Next in the Install or Uninstall display languages window.
    3. Select the option to Uninstall display languages.
    4. Check mark the language pack(s) you want to uninstall and then click Next.
    5. When the language pack(s) have been uninstalled click Close.

Yes thanks. I ran through that already. Like I said there is nothing except English in the Install/Uninstall in LPKSETUP. In update history it states they were successfully installed. Im pretty sure they were because the SSD space was shrinking every time one installed.
