    Go
    here: C:\Users\(User-Name)\AppData\Roaming
    \Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
This will be a hidden folder, so make sure you are able
to view hidden files and folders by going to control
panel, appearance and personalization, show hidden
files and folders (in the folder options section). A
window will pop up and in the list of options, instead of
boxes like the rest of the choices, there are two
circles. One says don't show hidden files, folders, or
drives, and the other says show hidden files, folders,
and drives. Click show, then apply. Alright now back to
where I pointed you before. Once you go to that
location, there will be a file there called "debug" that
is a notepad file, just delete that little monster and
you are free of this hassle!
