Windows 7 *only* person on box - administrator acct won't allow change

Unhiding the administrator account was easy enough so when I rebooted and tried to get my main account to be other than "standard user" the changes button is grayed out.

It SAYS that the account is administrator (my main, not the one I just unhid) but it's not and my nettalk is proof - it works/starts up properly under the hidden account "administrator" account which I am tying this from, but it will not work if I use the account that I've used on my box since day 1 (about a year).

right-click application > Run as Administrator, when in your main account to run applications with administrative power, when its needed.

That's not going to help - I need the service to start later than the computer or the service must be stopped and started manually.

I need the SERVICE to start LATER than the computer - doing it manually isn't helping and doing it the way you state isn't going to help when I am not home and the computer reboots.
