    Windows 7 Pro Magnifier

    Good Evening Seven Forums,

A couple of weeks ago I started with a problem with the Windows 7 Pro Magnifier. Any time I place the magnifier on the Title bar of a progrma including the area where the X and other small characters the magnifier begins to flash on and off, if I leave it alone in this position till it stops flashing it will block out what was behind it it does the same on the task bar. This happens while viewing Seven Forums on IE9 only on the task bar not on the title bar. If I reduce the viewing size of this page from max. it wont do this on the Title bar but will do it on the task bar. I just opened Corel Paint Shop Pro X4, Then Excel the problem occures on both of them. I have used the magnifier for at least two years, it has never acted like this. After it is on a while there appears a smll maginifier glass if i move the magnifier over that it does not flicker if I click it the small control window that allows the user to inclrease or decrease the size of the magnified area, while in that adjust part it does flash.

Any one have an idea what is causing this???

Try the 'Lens view'. That may work better.
