Start up problem
Hi
I recently bought a dell latitude E6410 laptop running windows 7 ultimate,
A few days ago it started playing up, at first I thought I had a virus of some sort as my protection had run out, so I downloaded another protection plan and ran a test which came back clean. then a message came up up from windows saying that I needed to install a "P2P driver" and do a upgrade. So I downloaded the driver and did the upgrade which seemed to work. The next day I started up and it went straight to the start up repair, which came back saying my system cant be repaired automaticly. I can get as far as the system recovery options. I tried a "system restore" and that didn't work, and a "windows memory diagnostic" and still nothing. I havnt done a back up disc or have any other discs so I'm pretty much stuck in a loop now. Iv been looking into the "system image recovery" but have no idea what that means or what to do. If any one has any info that could help me, that would be awesome. I'm have very limited computer skills which doesn't help the situation. So any ideas would be much appreciated.
Cheers
James
