I mean by contents the folders and files on H volume. they became bigger in size than their real size before I did extend to H.
    And F is empty.
Can you post screenshot of normal size and bigger size.

That is the craziest thing I ever heard of. Just extend F: and be done with it.:)

If H: has less then 100GBs free space on it when you`re done I will be a monkeys uncle.

I got it, now I'm going to shrinke H to previous size, screenshot #3, now I have the orginal size of folders. then cut/paste folders to F then extend H again, taking all green area or what I want to do.. :)

Kaktussoft, when you extend a nonempty volume, the used space & free space extend at the same time.

You know how to shrink/extend/move now. Of course you can move files first (to be able to shrink more space).

When you Extend or Resize a partition, folder size is taken into account so that you will not be able to affect them. Their size will not change under any circumstances.

It cannot be more clear than videos you were given that demonstrate how each operation is done. If Extend is confusing you, then use Partition Wizard Move/Resize Partition - Video Help.
