    Hello Anwaar, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    You can select a color in your "Windows Color and Appearance" settings to do so. This will also change the color of window borders as well though.

NO WAY to change taskbar color
in Themes and Styles

I'm convinced that no amount of software can change my taskbar's color. I'm on Win7 Starter, and I've tried everything and I firmly believe there is no hope for me. Anyone care to prove me wrong? Please?
