in the left pic , the used space in 42 GB ....
in the right pic , it writes that 111 GB free of 232 GB which means 121 is used .
the two pics show infos that are in contrast !
The photo on the left only shows the properties of the Doc folder, not the entire partition.
Make sure you have hidden files visible on explorer options. The difference may be due to those files being stored somewhere.
Often Windows creates the hidden folder "system volume information" that contains the system restore data, which can take quite a big amount of space.
Also if you have any system images on there they will report as 0 bytes when they are infact many GBs, just a thought
All of the visible folders are highlighted.
The title bar of the "Properties" window also indicates that multiple items are selected.
If it was just the "Documents" folder, the title bar would say "Documents Properties".

Have the pagefile and hibernation file been moved to that drive?
