If you're going to bring people's countries into this I can think of a few things involving Germans and irrational perfection...
Let's stop here. This is getting too close to breaching Forum Rules. In any case we have many German friends here on this Forum and I for one will not stand by and see them insulted just because one of their country men is being objectionable. I think a retraction of your generalisation is called for.

Windows 7/64 HPremium.

Thanks Mitchell

This is getting close to the situation I was once faced with. A guy said to me, after my 8 years in Germany and my many good times with German friends - " I don't like Germans!"

"Oh really, " says I, "I have met a few thousand. How many do YOU know?"

Any generalization regarding people is a moot point. There are always these and those in any country. I have lived in a half dozen countries and found that people are very much the same on average. Priotities in life may be a bit different because of the particular history and circumstances in the country, but for real important events, people react the same.
