ctrl c ctrl v not working.

    oh dear, i get what you mean. only ^Q^W^E^R^U^O^P^A^D^F^G^H(backspace)^K^L^B^N works.

    but ^S^C^V^T^Y^I^J^Z^X^M does nothing.
    ^H does backspace

    Don't work

    ctrl s does pause the output.

    ctrl-i, ctrl-j in notepad works by tab and enter to next line but ctrl-m does nothing

    Is this a external usb keyboard, or laptop built-in?

    Open Notepad and type something with the c/C key. Does the c/C key work?


    It's the keyboard. Try a different one. If a built in notebook keyboard attach a external USB. If it's an external try a different one. The keyboard is faulty.

    c/C key works normally. v/V key works normally too.

    Test keyboard on another pc... but that's to difficult.
    Attach another keyboard (usb). Same problem? It's most likely a faulty laptop keyboard.

    What brand and type laptop is it?
