I cant boot up any windows for system recovery..,whenever i want to install os , the installer stuck at splash screen.
Do you want win7 bootmenu that has a linux boot entry, or grub which has a win7 boot entry. Last option you already have.

How did you enter system recovery? From win7 install dvd or win7 system repair disk?

If you can't get GRUB fixed with Kaktusoft's help, then you'll need to get the Win7 disk to boot.

Next try a flash stick installer writing ISO using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in dropdown.
Then try the latest official ISO with tools in Step 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Which partitions did you cut in size, only the linux partition(s)? Or the win7 ones as well?
Did you create linux-swap before or after real linux boot partition starting point?
