    I made sure all standoffs were the same and thy were the same height when put it

    So it's just the green/purple PS/2 and the black USB sockets that are out of line? I wonder if it could be a motherboard issue, in that the connector block is not mounted squarely. Does it look square to you on the m/b?

    I see what you mean (I think). It doesn't look square. Have you got a spare standoff that is slightly shorter than the ones you are using to replace the one under the mounting screw shown in the pic? It might just be enough to bring things back in line.
