    Yes there is. You can't just Copy the ISO to a flash drive, that will not work.
    You use a utility to put the Win 7 install files on the USB drive.

    "ISO to USB" is one and MS makes one also, "Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool". A Google search will turn up both of them.
