Hey, I didn`t make the suggestion, besides, Why would he need the key if he can get into windows ?
I was just trying to help.
You should have addressed that comment to crazynlazyguy, not me, Thanks.

Sorry my booboo, I had never heard of Jelly Bean! But I thought your sarcasm a little over the top!
This is not something to be trifled with. If a shop sold you a PC with preinstalled Win7 that has no COA, and cannot provide one when you contact them, then they have committed a crime of theft by selling merchandise with pirated software.
If they don't have a good explanation or make it right forthwith then I would contact the authorities. If the police will not take a report, file one with the consumer division of your local prosecutor. If this doesn't result in the merchant making it right, you can contact MS Customer Service to explain what has happened and they may provide you with a replacement copy since you've cooperated with fighting piracy.
omg did i miss out all the fun?? i said it was a mess becuz im not in the same country where i bought it from. i bought it as new. and i have warrenty, but its useless as it isnt international one. and i think we can say the problem is solved as i formatted my drive with os and reinstalled. and its working fine for now.
What Product Key did you use to activate it?
i havent. although there was some numbers behind the back of the cd cover whhich looks like a key. but at the bottom its stated that i would need COA to complete the setup, which i dont have.
You don't have Win7 if it isn't activated. Does it say it's a Product Key on the disk case? Should be five sets of five numbers or letters.
If not then you'll have to buy a key.
