OK, you`ve got the flash drive ready, correct ?

Did you install the ssd drive in the laptop ?

Did you figure out which key to push to bring up the boot menu ?

While it's nice to know your conscientious about geniuine Win7, asking such a question at the top and most reputable tech forum on the web is a bit insulting.

Are you following closely the steps for Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7?
If so you'll be assured of getting and keeping a perfect install as long as you stick with the tools and methods given.

actually was just little bit confused between putting in the windows key I have and activating windows.
And really sorry if you guys feel insulted on my silly questions. I think its better to ask any questions instead of being dumb all my life :)

Yes, feel free to ask all the questions you need.

I just wanted to assure we are scrupulous in these matters as a matter of forums' policy and personal integrity.

Remember one thing Umarirarif, Asking questions is the way we all learned this stuff. And don't be afraid to ask questions as the only question that is dumb, is one that has never been asked.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have. That's why we are here, to help people with things they do not understand. It is much easier to answer a question than it is to undo something has messed up because the question was not asked. Just so you know, if anyone here thought you were doing anything illegal, we would refuse to help. We never condone illegal or pirated software and will not help those who use it. No one here will ever advise you to do anything illegal. And, I for one, was not offended by your asking. I think more of you because you did.
