Forgot Windows 7 Password 64 Bit

I have not logged into here (WinSevenForum) for a long time! Obviously I remember my PW here. Wish it was the same for win 7. I do not remember my admin PW. Is this the right forum section?

I did not use any type of password recovery tool/program. There seems to be the only account on the computer (Admin). While I have never used it, I do have Ubuntu set up on it without a PW - dual boot. The computer I am on now and one in the living room are part of a homegroup/network. I am not network savvy. I just followed general instructions to hook them all up to my surprise all 3 have worked great for a long time! I just hooked them together to occasionally drop music or files into a "public" folder and have all 3 online. I mention this because I can access the locked computer. But, do not know if I can get admin privileges/command line or other areas. I have no idea what to do.

The locked cpu is WIN 7 64bit..... It seems many of the Win 7 crack tools are for 32 bit? Right now I am getting something called Ophcrack. Which appears to work on 64 bit. If this does not work what do I do next? If there is a much better program... I am open to paying $50-100. If I can pay $10 that is even better. If I can do it for free GREAT! Any and all help welcome!!!

    Ophcrack found the account

And something similar to updateuser(though spelled funny) and Homegroup. For the admin, homegroup and update user it reported "not found". It also reported a guest account..... Under the NT password it said, "Empty"

Yes...... No, I did not write it down. It was not humanly possible for me to forget this password. So, there was no need to write it down. I never powered the computer off. So, never needed to remember it. The first time I turn it off - crap!

    Kak,

Even though this Ophcrack program did not work... Might this work? I have no clue what you are having me do here. But, I follow instructions great! So, it looks pretty easy.
