Well can you tell me what type of folders you want to access and maybe I can help because, some folders are not meant to be accessed by anyone, doesn't matter what type of account you have.

I'm pretty sure files in Program Files folders shouldn't be putting up a fight. However they were creating using third party installers so it's probably something on their end. Changing the permissions control for these folders usually works.

As for system stuff, the only folder I do anything in at all is SysWOW and that's because sometimes I have to do some work with .dll's, but that's a rare situation too.

Basically, I'm saying it's an occasional problem I infrequently run into and therefore I can't really come up with folder names that are causing problems at the moment. So, I guess it's not a big issue right now. Just sometimes when I'm moving stuff around or editing something, Windows doesn't like it. That's all.

Ok well the folder's with shortcut symbols on them should not be accessed and will not be able to access whatever you try, you can just mess up your system by changing permission's and ownership so please try not to access them.

To access as Administrator, open command prompt as administrator:
    Type the following:
"net user administrator /active:yes" (without the quotions)
Log off and you should see the administrator account.
