    Well went through everything took the side off the tower changed cables around and double checked more or less all the inside.Then did the microsoft repair wizard.
    Been totally confused,The DVD that I was trying to copy was SnowWhite friend of mine lent me the disc,Any way my friend came along to see if I had finished with the copying as he wanted a spare himself.Told him about the trouble I have been having he was bit confused as well.
    He had the DVD case with him.

    I don't really know how to come clean on this,Very embarasing on my side we looked at the DVD case and low and behold the DVD was a ''Dual Layer''.
    And that was the problem all the time.
