I prefer XP at work, and Vista at home.

Vista Ult 64 bit Seven Ult RTM x64
 
 

I work at home, but I do most of my work in Vista and all of my play in Seven. I trust Vista, Seven is still a beta even though I haven't had any major problems yet. Skipped XP so can't comment.

I used to like XP, but after using 7 and Vista for so long, it just looks....antiquated, like a little kid's OS (the blue and green 'plastic' doesn't help), but in a work environment nothing matches its relative stability. So for work, I just turn of the ugly UI and deal with it.

At home? 7 all the way, sorry Vista.
