PC randomly turns off without closing windows.

Sometimes my computer turns off by itself without shutting windows down. It doesn't restart itself. I have just put a new-ish power supply and it's done it now with the new PSU as well as with the old.

I checked the event viewer and this is what I get: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

My CPU is sitting at around 37 degrees celsius, it's max is supposed to be around the 80 degree mark.

It shuts down sometimes when I have 4+ browser windows open.

I will try to post my system specs soon, and I'm sorry that this post is a bit disjointed, I typed things as they came to me.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Make sure you do not have "Automatically Restart" checked in your System Properties (see Screen Print).
If Windows crashes, you probably will see a BSOD if "Automatically Restart" is not checked.

Do as DocBrown instructed to update your specs.

If it's not a Windows crash, i would suspect a faulty PSU ...

You need to install .Net from Windows updates or here Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center
Is your system fully updated ?Do you have SP1 installed ? If not update and see if that cures the possible blue screen as DavidW7ncus has told you to get the system to show.

How likely is it that both my PSU's have exactly the same fault causing exactly the same problem?

I can't run that file because I get that error message I posted up before, however I do have Everest and I've taken a few screenshots, best I could do, sorry.

I've seen this issue when using that tool to get system specs.

You can also use Speccy to get your System Info without needing to install .Net. ...

Probably not likely if they are quality PSU's that can deliver enough power.
What make, model, and power rating are your PSU's?

Do you have "Automatically Restart" turned off?
