    My account missing and a "Other User" account appeared?


    Hi everyone.
    I wonder if anyone can help me with my problem. I turned off my laptop as I used my mom's laptop to play a game she had. I went back to my laptop, turned it on and I can't log in!
    After the welcome screen there's only a "Other User" and nothing else. My account isn't shown. I tried to log in through Other User but it's blocked with a Username and Password. I'm scared to loose all my stuff I have on there. I try to get on Safe mode to System Restore but the "Other User" still pops up and my account still isn't shown so I can't access my account(I'm using a different laptop to post this). I don't remember ever putting on a "Other User" account
    Please Help. I don't want to loose any of my items I have on this PC. How can I remove this "Other User" and get my account back without loosing everything?

    The Laptop with the problem is Windows 7 Home Premium on an HP Laptop.

    Hello Breann, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    You might see if you may be able to do a system restore at boot using your retail Windows 7 installation disc or System Repair Disc instead.
