Accidently made folders in AppData Roaming hidden

Hello I need some help as I have no Idea what I'm doing. When I was in the AppData folder I right clicked my firefox folder and I may have made it hidden and all sub folders with it aswell. I cannot see the Mozilla folder anymore! or half of the folders in AppData I just went back into the AppData folder and right clicked and looked in the App Data Roaming Properties folder I have the Attributes set to: Read-only (only applies to files in folder) which has a filled in box and Hidden which has a tick. Is this correct? or should they not have a tick in hidden so I can see my folders again? Please help!!

I don't think the Hidden option should be checked. Mine's not, so try unchecking it and see.
