    Ah yes, totally forgot that one. As I never use search, I take it off the start menu.

    afaik, windows 7 retail is build 7600, windows 7 with SP1 is build 7601, 32 or 64 bit is irrelevant.

    Didin't you read the post just above yours? Bobafetthotmail already told you that: 7600 is Windows 7, no service pack, and 7601 is Windows 7 with Service Pack 1.
