Two reapeated issues on Win start up: msxml3.dll and svchost.exe

Heya Sevenforums!

So yesterday I've encountered a problem with my Windows Defender. Action Center was reporting an error of it being unable to start. After browsing google, I believe I've found a solution for it.

1) Clicked Start and typed “Services” at the Search Programs field.
2) Clicked Services, scrolled down to Security Center. Right-click, properties.
3) Startup type: switched from "Disabled" to "Automatic (delayed start)".

The problem was solved and for the rest of the day everything was just peachy as I had no more issues with "Action Center -- Windows Defender won't start" error.

This morning however I've encountered 2 new problems that I don't know how to fix myself.
I also don't know if it's related in any way to this previous, above mentioned, issue.

On Windows start up, I get 2 notifications at the same time. Here's the screenshot.

Does anyone know why is N0D32 constantly reporting that? Or what's up with Windows Script Host?
What does it mean? Can it be fixed?

My knowledge is rather limited, I've got no clue what's all this supposed to represent or how can I deal with it it.

What annoys me most is me is I'm super cautious regarding the security of my PC in general; I don't click all sorts of suspicious sites, install dodgey software etc. I'm selective when it comes to such things.

Anyhow, If anyone has some thoughts on the problem, please share it with me.

A lot of viruses like to hide in such files, try running a malware scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
It seems like something is trying to download a virus which is named svchost, ESET is blocking the download but not the downloader.
I have no such thing in my adobe folder in program data, so I would suggest opening Start > Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Folder Options and under the view tab go to advanced settings and make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\14A37A9 and delete it's contents and then the whole 14A37A9 folder, tell me if this solved your problem.

Hello, Emoclaw! First of all, thank you for replying.

I have done as you suggested, and the problem seems to be gone now. There are no more "error" pop-up windows of any sort on system startup. Also, after performing full scan with both N0D32 and Malwarebytes no threats were found. My computer seems (seemed!) to be completely clean.

Is it safe to assume my computers security hasn't been compromised (emails, cards info etc)?
Oh, and also - within Adobe folder you mentioned - there now is only one more file left, named "129ED9E".

Should I delete that one too?

Since no threats have been detected by both ESET and Malwarebytes then yes, ESET would block any bad behavior so, you are safe.
About the folder, I would suggest that you remove it, I am using Adobe Creative Suite and I have no such folders with weird names.

Svchost process slowly adds memory until programs start crashing
One of the svchost processes will slowly start to add memory to itself until it's eaten up enough to start crashing other applications. If I restart the computer, it will start over, but then the problem starts again. It's seemingly random when it starts to eat up memory. It could take a day to...
