You have a valid product key? Look for a COA sticker on backside of laptop. Is product key readable?
    It's something like this

    Don't post your key!

    Windows 7 Professional SP1-U ISO
    Traditional Chinese x64: X17-59297.iso

But you need home premium! All versions are in that ISO. They just have to be unlocked. It as as simple as deletin ei.cfg in the ISO. Can be done with this
Create Windows 7 Universal ISO With All Editions Selection On Install with ei.cfg Removal Utility « My Digital Life

Just run that tool and patch the ISO. after that burn that ISO with win7 dvd burner. Now you have a bootable win7 install DVD.

Are you smart enough to create it?

    1) okey, then you made a new administrator user without problem and when you logged into the user it was still black.

    2) what about safe mode have you tried that too? was the problem exist there? it may because of your startup programs

    3) take a snap shot of all tasks running at the start an place it here

    1. download ISO
    2. unlock it with ei.cfg unlock tool
    3. burn ISO with win7 burning. Most of the time simply double clickin works. Or right click->open with->windows burning
    4. Repair Install (do step 5 in tutorial)
